Returns, Exchange and Refunds
Why do you want to return the item?
1. CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE
Items purchased from Gaghi can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange or receive Credit on your product within 30 days.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging includes sealed tag.
Under our Change of Mind policy, all items purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit (unless deemed faulty under New Zealand Consumer Law).
All Items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns for Exchange will only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging includes sealed tag.
If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item.
If it is a sale item, you will be issued a store credit
3. FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately via gaghi.myshopify.com/pages/contact-us and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item.
Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.
To Return an Item
Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
1. Book your return by clicking:
Order number (IT IS NOT AFTERPAY ORDER NUMBER): You can find your order number through your order confirmation email that was sent out after you placed your order
2. Please print the returns form generated by the Returns Lodgement (A copy will also be sent to your email). If you're unable to print the form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.
3. Prepare your parcel and pop your returns form inside. (If you do not include a form or a note we will be unable to identify your return and it will not be processed).
4. Ship the item back to us (Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us)

5. Please keep your tracking number/receipt. You will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
